Bug description:
Besides a GtkWindow, all of the bubble's visual components are done by direct
calls to cairo and pango. For this reason none of the components are exposed
to AT-SPI besides the top-level frame.
At minimum, there should be two accessible object children with role of
"label", and one child with role of "image" when an icon is displayed.
Implementing full text interfaces for the labels is probably overkill at this
point, the label contents should either be inferred from the name, or simply
implement Text.getText().
As an exception, it would be nice if volume and brightness notifications also
implemented the Accessibility::Value interface.
