Bug description:
notify-osd should log notification titles and bodies in ~/.cache/notify-osd.log
which should be reset to empty on startup of notify-osd (i.e. on login by the
user). The log should be of the format:
[timestamp] title
body

body
[timestamp append] title
body
body
body
[timestamp replace] title
body
body
body
