Bug description:
Notifications currently appear on the workspace you're in, but for those of us
you constantly jump between 4 workspaces, it gets tricky because the
notification pops up somewhere along your way from workspace 1 to workspace 4.
Personally, I'd like them to appear on all workspaces :)
