There is already code to do this. We wait for Pidgin to say that the
protocol is fully connected. This gets most cases, but Pidgin isn't
really good at detecting this.

Bug description:
When u first open pidgin, a lot of notifications are shown (since all online
contacts display a notification).
Instead contact is online notification should be shown only for contacts who
become online after the user is logged into Pidgin completely.
