Public bug reported:
The Volume OSD is hidden behind the panel now. In the picture you can
barely see the line where the notification bubble is. The bubble isn't
visable at all if I have a window maximized. Obviously, the volume OSD
isn't being rendered with top focus.
Note: The standard notifications and alerts work just fine, it's only
the volume osd.
