Binary package hint: orca
Orca (probably) should not be shown in default installation as the
single item in Applications->Accessibility menu. It's available via
preferences etc., too. On the other hand, if we have something else
useful to show there too in the default install, I wouldn't object. I'm
more interest about demolishing the System Tools menu... (bug 286458 ie.
system-cleaner).
