Hi Eitan, this is the expected behavior, as we consider that when 2
bubbles are on screen your focus has changed (with the synchronous one),
and so we give you extra time to look at the first one. However, we
thought that it would feel better and more "solid" to have all
notifications go at the same time, instead of having them flicker
independently.

Bug description:
My assumption in the report is that synchronous bubbles are only supposed to
last for 2 seconds.
If only the volume button is pressed, and no notification is on screen, the
bubble times out after 2 seconds.
But...
1. Have an asynchronous (normal) bubble display.
2. immediately press the volume button.
Result:
- Both bubbles time out after 5 seconds.
