thank you for your bug report, that seems something that should be
discussed on lists rather and useful only for wireless devices, there
might be better way that bubbles there

Bug description:
I was looking at the list of applets for GNOME panel in Synaptic, and I had an
idea.
There is a "lock-keys-applet" [1] for gnome panel available, but we also have a
new notification mode for hotkeys actions. Why can't we have confirmation
bubbles also for lock keyboard keys?
Use case:
I have a Microsoft wireless keyboard, and the "lock" status led are on the
wireless receiver. If I press the Caps Lock key I want to be able to know
whether this action activated the caps lock or inactivated it, without having
to look at the receiver (which is also hid by my lcd monitor). An hotkey
confirmation bubble would be perfect.
