The one you are currently using, i. e. ~indicator-developers. Vcs-Bzr: should always be correct. If branch ownership changes in the future, that can be reflected in the package, but if you'd change it to motu right now, you couldn't commit to it yourself any more. You could also create an indicator-packagers team and put indicator-developers and motu into it, and make the branch owned by that.
