Bug description:
indicator-applet's behavior is slightly confusing when no sources of messages
are running.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Close down pidgin, evolution, anything else that integrates with indicator.
2. Right click on gnome-panel, add an indicator applet.
What happens:
Nothing!
What should happen:
An envelope icon appears.
