This is the right way. I've found this feature and all is ok now.
Iota and DXCC are a little bit complex to manage in this way... Can I ask for a
new feature in nex DX4WIN release?

There is a box in down left corner says confirmed qsos = card or upload.
Make this says card in hand.
After that save and exit

I've found a problem about IOTA listings and LOTW confirmations.
If I have an IOTA reference confimed by LOTW and not by card it will
be sign as confirmed... the only problem is that IOTA don't apply LOTW
confirms... isn' it?
How can I override the problem?
