Hi Dick. When I have different data than previously entered in "Notes for this call", I add it at the end of the Notes for This Call box, with some notation as to the month or date. For example, when I check an Internet Log and all my QSO's for a DXpedition are in the log, but this callsign has been used for other DXpeditions in the past, I often put in "Notes for This Call" something like: "All Mar. 2002 QSO's in Internet logs". That way the data will still pop up for any future QSO with that call, but I can quickly look and see which notes are the most relevant.
Don't forget you can quickly pop up the large "Notes for This Call" window by hitting Ctrl E when your cursor is in that box. That way you can see up to 255 characters of Notes. And with calls where the Name and QTH have changed for that call, it seems to me to be an advantage to have one window that pops up with ALL the information you have as to possible Names and QTH's, rather than just turning this feature off. Then you can quickly look through this, and if referenced by date of operation, possibly pick out the most current or the most likely information to be accurate at the time of your new QSO. 73, Cliff K0CA
