Dave, That is the exaact reason I file my QSLs by callsign instead of Country. Makes it much easier to pull them for a submission. However, I too often have the need to order the contacts in some different form. Simplest way I have come up with is to save the report as a file and then import it into a spreadsheet program and sort it any which way.
