Dear DX4WIN Users,

I am having some troubles importing a comma delimited file, originally
created in Excel. The file has about 3500 QSOs. After going through the
various steps as per the manual, I can only import 1763 of the QSOs. Most of
the records have an error that looks like this in the Notes For This QSO
field, this one from the record for NO7F:

Error:Band=10 |91 ARRL 10 MTR; 19911215 03:00 WH6CMJ 57 R 10 SSB HI 91 ARRL
10 MTR;

The comma delimited file looks like this:
19911215,02:59,NO7F,57,,10,SSB,,OR,,,'91 ARRL 10 MTR;
19911215,03:00,WH6CMJ,57,R,10,SSB,,HI,,,'91 ARRL 10 MTR;

It appears to me that the NO7F QSO's Notes For This QSO field has the
following QSO, and sometimes 2 QSOs, incorporated in it. While both of these
contacts were done on 10 meters, the QSO screen for the NO7F record shows
that the file was imported as a *20m* Band contact. Not what I want!

I have adjusted my filter's Fields so that there are empty spaces on each
side of each parameter, and my .pro file has extra spaces incorporated for
each parameter. Not sure if this is the way to go, but after multiple
attempts to import this .csv file without errors, this didn't seem to
harm/help the import process.

How (or What) do I need to change/adjust so that DX4WIN is importing the
band parameters properly? I would rather not go through each of these
records individually to correct this error.

Thank you for your help in troubleshooting this error.

Have a great weekend.

Blessings,
Norm
