Tom, If you check the ARRL DXCC credit list, you will see Dem Rep of Congo for 9Q/9S. Zaire is the old name for the same country. Also if you did not notice, TN is also the Congo and is a separate country from 9Q. So do not get confused with the two different Congo countries, you will never get them straight.
