Tod, I use Writelog, not TR. However, assuming TR can output an ADIF file, try this:
After you create the ADIF file, use Wordpad or any other simple text editing program, and do a "search and replace". Look for something like " <ARRL_SEC:2> " and change them all to " <STATE:2> " and then import the modified ADIF file into DX4WIN.
