Stu, your PC clock is later than the node clock. DX4WIN will put the spot in the window immediately, before it's echoed back from your node (but without your callsign). And it always keeps the latest spot. You can experiment by temporarily setting your PC clock 10 minutes earlier in time, and generating a spot.
