I QSL direct for DXpeditions, for hams with stateside managers, and for = those countries with no bureaus. For everyone else, I QSL 100% of my = QSOs via the bureau. I have DX4WIN configured to default to "buro" for = the QSL method, so that every QSO will print a label at the end of the = quarter when I do my bureau print job.
However, with each package of cards I get back from the ARRL bureau, = there are a few of my cards returned with a stamp declaring that my card = was undeliverable because the foreign ham is not a member of his = national radio organization. I would like to record this "undeliverable QSL" fact somewhere, so that = if I should happen to work this ham again, then the next time I prepare = a batch of bureau cards DX4WIN will not print one to him. Somehow, I = want DX4WIN to"know" that this ham should not be included in the big = batch print job. Is there a way to do this? How do the rest of you = handle this situation? -larry K8UT --- StripMime Report -- processed MIME parts --- multipart/alternative text/plain (text body -- kept) text/html The reason this message is shown is because the post was in HTML or had an attachment.
