As an aside to this. I think that the RAC instal looks to see if a previous version was installed and then asks if you want it to replace the old one in the same directory. If I remember correctly that's the way the install of this last version went. My RAC is in directory C:\RAC with four sub directories under that: DATA, HELP, LABELS32, and TEXTE.
