Was just answering several hundred bureau QSLs and noticed that DX4Win ver. 5.03 says that EM is the primary prefix for Ukraine but my ARRL DXCC booklet says UR is the primary prefix. QSL cards going to the ARRL bureau are requested to be in alphabetical order by the primary country prefix. Is DX4WIN correct or in error?
