Ron I am by no means an expert in this but have made so many mistakes that I usually am in the been there done that capacity. Be sure Dx4Win is closed.Go into Window Explorer / program files/ save folder and look for you log file name with ~xl extension. Double click on that file and hope that when it opens it is still there.
