I assume you did NOT re-install DX4WIN under ME. Do that, there's some driver that the program needs to do LPT keying. During the install, let DX4WIN copy stuff to the BACKUP directory *just in case* there is a problem (there shouldn't be). When the install is done, copy the DX4WIN.CTY file from the BACKUP directory to the SAVE directory and everything should be as you had it before.
