Hi all, I have an update on things. Replacing the optocoupler with a 2N2222A type transistor (needs less = current to give 100% saturation) helped me getting the LTP circuit to = work.
I now can key both the IC706 and TS570DG with the homebrewed circuit. I = now use exact the same circuit as described in the DX4WIN helpfile. BUT ! I only can key both transceivers when using UA9UOV's CWTYPE and NOT when = using the build in keyer of DX4WIN. When using the keyer inside DX4WIn (Alt-K) when I start a message, I get = a contignous tone untill I shut down the keyer function in DX4win or = start up CWTYPE. Strange things happening here.
