I have multiple soundcards in my machine as well and I'd like to be able to use the secondary card for PSK31. While the PSKDLL core used in DX4WIN has the ability to handle multiple soundcards, I don't believe that this has ever been enabled in DX4WIN. I wrote to Paul about this just after he released the PSK31 functionality in DX4WIN and he said that it was on his list of things to do.
