1. Should Reports | DXCC | Five Band Submission cause the SUBM flag to = be set on the selected QSOs? If not, what should? Manually? 2. According to the user guide, QSOs which have been submitted and = checked before are not again submitted, but they appear on the 5BDXCC = listing to be sent to the ARRL. Is this right? 3. Has anyone used the 5BDXCC submission process with DX4WIN? How did = you do it?
