There is a Report -> Counties -> Mode Listing, but it may not be exactly what you want. I would like to see some improvements in this area, some of the county reporting is a little behind what's available for DXCC, etc.
What I'd really like is a "Needed Counties" listing (like "Needed DXCC") where you can select the band and/or mode up-front.
