Dear Jim: The ADIF crew has decided to assign our own numbers. We did this because the ARRL assigns the numbers well after the country becomes valid.
So use the "wrong" numbers posted at the ADIF site. Currently, the ARRL does not want these numbers from us for anything. But I will update the site to show the official ARRL number, so in case they ever want it we can easily export their number in a separate field.
