Hope everyone had an excellent Field Day. We had a final tally of 25A when it was all said and done. It was certainly the best time I have ever had in an amateur radio club. I hope we, N1FD, had the pleasure of working many of you during the event. Now, I finally have some time to play around with DX4WIN.
I'm importing a log that was exported to ADIF 1.0 from DxBase. I'm getting an import error in the Notes field that reads Error:Band=freq, where freq is the actual frequency that the contact was made on. For example: Error:Band=14,037 Looking in the ADIF file, I can pick out a contact on the referenced frequency and it looks like this: <QSO_DATE:8>20011125<TIME_ON:4>2137<CALL:4>OM7M<RST_SENT:3>599<RST_RCVD:3>59 9<MODE:2>CW<FREQ:6>14,037<BAND:3>20m<PFX:3>OM7<QSL_RCVD:1>N<QSL_SENT:1>Y<QSL SDATE:8>20011231<QSL_VIA:6>BUREAU<MGR_NUMBER:1>1<EOR> It looks ok to me, but I've only recently glanced at the ADIF 1.0 spec. Is this a known problem, or did I just skip a critical step in the import process? Thanks. -Brian 73 de W2SUQ
