The " How to " add it to DX4WIN is in the help files. Click on <HELP> at the top of the page, next click on <SEARCH FOR HELP ON....> in the drop down widow. type <ADD> in the dialogue box. You will see a topic show up below <ADDING A COUNTRY>, click on this and a detailed set of instructions pops up!!
