I have just completed reconciling the information on outgoing QSLs in the ARRL DXCC List of February, 2002 with the DX4WIN V5.03 Country file. Here are the changes necessary to correct the entries:
In the Country file change to "Y": 3V, 3Y/P, 5H, 5W, 5X, 9G, 9Q, 9V, C9, EP, ET, FO/A, FO/M, H40, OD, PY0F, S2, TZ, V4, VP6, VP6/D, XT, XX9, TI, ZD7, ZK3. In the Country file change to "N": 5V, 7P, A3, KG4, S0, SU, ZK1/N, ZK1/S John, K2CIB
