[Dx4win] Invalid floating point???

Hello

I,m using DX4WIN V5.03
When running PSK31 i get this message, and problem with PSK31 Receive.

An exception accured!
Invalid floating point operation

What does this mean? how solve this problem?

I,m using Kenwood TS940S (if-10b+if-232c)
Homemade soundcard interface.
