[Dx4win] Sound Card Selection for PSK31

How I select the correct sound card for PSK31.  I have two cards and am
using one for the normal windows sounds and the other for
MMTTY/Hamscope.  How do I tell the DX4WIN PSK31 to use this second sound
card?
