I have an ICOM 765 that used to work with DX4WIN 4.08 and my last computer
running NT 4.0

I still have the ICOM 765 but changed computers and upgraded to 5.03. I
still run NT 4.0.

My problem is that I can no longer get the computer to key the rig when
clicking on a DX spot. If the radio is 'Stopped', the spot appears in the
QSO window. If the radio is 'Started', and I click on a spot, the radio
times out and the interface is disabled (DX4WIN error message). At that
point if I 'Start' the radio, the timeout repeats.

I have the 765 set to COM2, 1200 baud, address 2C.
I have COM2 set to 1200, default address, and default IRQ

I have tried several combinations of baud rates and switched to COM1, but
to no avail. The radio times out.

If someone can relate to me their settings or what they did to get their
765 running, I would appreciate it.

Thank you.
