Does anyone have an effective way to enter a portable call sign, so that the accuracy of the call sign can be maintained. An example is EA4DX/HK0, when entered in this manor, a subsequent contact with EA4DX in EA4 land, or even in another Prefix, will not show that you have worked him in the past. If you change the Prefix to HK0, his home is changed from EA4 to HK0 which you might or might not catch on a new QSO.
