It is a little tricky. I just set up a selection for Colleyville where I lived 22 years ago. Do a filter/selection, then add - type in a new selection name. Pick out which group names fit that selection, then click update, then ok. You can check the filter number and watch the colors change in the dx spots window. Then select any report such as dxcc summary and it will only reflect the selection which in my case I named Colleyville and included in it the group that represented Colleyville. It works perfectly and took me from Honor Roll on CW, Phone, and Mixed to 165, 174, and 224. Guess I have added a few in the last 22 years!
Using Selections is a superset of the group numbers and is what you are looking for to get all of the reports to match your Carribean operation. Play with it a little and you will get the hang of it. It is also very powerful since the same calls window shows the group names and then you can always print the qsl card correctly for more than one call or location. It helps if you have more than one call to stick the label on a QSL card with the correct call in case the receiving ham did not read the label carefully enough.
