Marc, DX4WIN 5.03 logs ST0F as ST (Sudan), not as ST0 (Sothern Sudan). This sho= uld be correct.
Maybe I'm missing something, but why do you say ST is no longer valid of = DXCC? Sudan is shown on the current ARRL DXCC Country list, and is field-= checkable.
