The bad news is that a country file for dxing must reflect your own logbook and be maintained by you as you work different countries. My country file has all of my personal exceptions going back to 1955, but it is different than someone else who has been dxing for the same amount of time. The program has the capability to import your old country file each time a new country file is distributed so you can add all of your personal exceptions.
