Larry, The dx4win export filters export the logs with the time in seconds. When you make a copy of that filter, and change the time format not to uses seconds, you can filter out the second duplicates by first deleting all QSOs (this preserves the group numbers you may have defined) and import the complete log again, ignoring duplicate QSOs You may have to add a dummy QSO in you empty log to force the checking for duplicate QSOs)
This procedure assumes that the times only differs in seconds. Make sure you save your log under a different name and check it out!
