Fritz, I simply created a directory called RAC, then copied the entire CD to this directory, rather than just a file. Then in DX4WIN preferences, there is a browse for the callbook, which you can then set at F:\RAC and it works fine for me. I do not think the file callbook.exe will work properly with DX4WIN, when it is looking for the data to be there as well.
