Thanks Pete and others... here is the end of the story. I communicated with the author of LogConv and he converted my ADIF output from DX4WIN to Cabrillo. He is improving the code to work properly, and used my log as a test. He confirmed the existing version doesn't work. Look for a new version in 2004.
I do normally use N3FJP contest specific loggers if I am going to work in the contests. These work very well and produce both Cabrillo and ADIF outputs.
