I can only share my experience... I have a Lava card with an extra LPT port...
That does not work either under XP, though it worked fine under Win98. In my case I use the motherboard LPT port for switch control and the Lava for printing. A second LPT card may be a problem... Does ARSWin not support serial port control? All the rotor controls I'm familiar with use a COM port. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Larry Gauthier (K8UT)" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Thursday, December 18, 2003 07:53 Subject: [Dx4win] ByteRunner LPT port problems > I am trying to make DX4WIN control two parallel devices from my Dell/WinXP > computer - a TopTen Devices remote antenna switch and an ARSWin rotor > control.
