UNWISE.EXE is the program you run to uninstall the program. Don't forget that those DX4WIN.CTY files may have valuable stuff in them, namely callsign to country mappings and QSL managers. If you've been merging all along, nothing to worry about. If not, you might want to either merge into your current version, or just extract the QSL managers as a .TXT file and import them into the latest version.
