I don't think everything that you wish to do can be done by DX4WIN or any program for that matter. DX4WIN separates PSE and TNX qsls but not SSB and CW unless they have different qsl managers. I have room to print about 5 or 6 qso's on my cards and that is only a limitation of my cards. The main problem is to be sure you have a printer that will pull your qsls in from the short end and handle a stack of them. I use an EPSON 2000P which uses archival pigmented inks and they will last a long time and not fade. Your printer ink may not last forever.
I use it to print all my qsl cards and it works just fine (V 6.02 that is).
