I'd like to thank everyone who has helped so far -- too many people to name.
I'm still interested in correcting errors, and I'm happy to accept your old
DX4WIN.CTY so I can ensure your unique prefix mappings are included.
I am planning the final version about 2 weeks from now. That version will
have revised country prefixes, to match the ARRL DXCC printout. I hope
that that database will be part of Paul's 6.03 release.
