First, be sure that preferences are set correctly for your station and DXCC modes. Look at a DXCC summary report. It should show how many countries you have Checked by ARRL for each band. Submitted is marked for those contacts automatically tha are included in the DXCC submittal. Let me know if you have any other questions after looking at my summary report for all bands and modes and yours. I just got back the report from ARRL for the 738 submittals I just made and they will be converted to Checked once I have gone through their comments. DX4WIN really works well on DXCC submittals.

I converted to DX4WIN about 18 months back and imported all my log data from the previous logging program (running 5.03 now). When I did that, I went through the QSOs that had already been credited for my DXCC and marked them all "Checked" in the Mixed DXCC award flags. So, when I look at the DXCC summary report, the right number of countries appear as Checked. Now it's time to submit for 5BDXCC and I attempted to prepare a submission, but DX4WIN tells me that it won't include 4 of the bands because I'm already credited for 100 countries on those bands, which is incorrect. So, I look at the DXCC listing report and take a look at the line for 3B6. It shows a "C" for the bands 30 through 10, because a QSO marked confirmed=Y exists with 3B6 on each of those bands. Only one of those QSOs has the DXCC Mixed awards flagged set to "Chkd". It appears to me that DX4WIN is counting all such QSOs as "Checked" even though they have not been. Can someone tell me what I'm missing? All QSOs that have the DXCC Mixed awards flag set to Chkd show up as a "*" in the listing, and I assumed that DX4WIN would only count THOSE QSOs as already checked. All ideas appreciated!
