I think this would be a very good idea, particularly since grabbing a spot takes you straight to the RST Sent field, and the clock just keeps ticking until you notice it. But wouldn't it make better sense to have it be some different color BEFORE you stop it, rather than after? I like to be reminded when I haven't done something I should. I suppose you can get into the habit of always clicking the time field and then back to RSTS when someone answers your call, but it would be nice to be reminded, and even nicer to have an alt-Fx combination you could click to freeze the clock without having to tab or click back and forth.
