I suppose that's the problem with generating Cabrillo. Contesting logging programs require contant fixes und upgrades to keep up with the contests... Since DX4Win is not intended primarily as a contest logger... Adding Cabrillo would necessitate constant tweaking to get the Cabrillo correct. It's not a "standard" like ADIF where the format is fixed over time.
