Greetings, For the time being I reversed the fields as I prefer a direct address if possible. Put http://www.qrz.com/detail/ in the QSL Manager field in the External Data window and put http://www.ik3qar.it/manager/man_result.asp?call= in the Callsign field of the External Data window. Check Enabled, save and exit. Now you can press F3 and the Callsign Lookup window will appear. Press Enter and your browser will open and attempt to get a direct address from QRZ. If you want the QSL Manager you'll have to type the callsign in the QSL Manager field of the LooKup window and press Enter. A browser will open and attempt to find the QSL Manager. It's a simple work-around.
