[Dx4win] Problem with Icom rigs and 6.02

I can't seem to get 6.02 to work with either my IC-706 of IC-756 Pro II.

Version 5.03 (still installed) works fine with both, so I'm sure the
hardware is fine.  

Any ideas?  Private replies, please.
