Although it costs a bit more, I find that Buckmaster Hamcall is worth it.
You now get 6 free months of internet updates. If you are looking for old
calls, I have traced as many as four callsign changes (US calls); with RAC
you're lucky to get one - usually you just don't find the call. I spoke to
the owner of Buckmaster at a Virginia hamfest regarding his DX database. He
said that while RAC used to have exclusive rights with some countries, that
is no longer the case, and he CLAIMS his foreign calls are as good or better
than RAC (which I have no way to verify). Also, Hamcall is constantly
updated, so you'll get a copy which is current to within a couple of weeks of
when you order.
